DMCA Policy

SonicGridMedia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the SonicGridMedia website.

1. Takedown Notice Requirements

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, SonicGridMedia will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (specifically the YouTube Video ID or the specific SonicGridMedia URL).
• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. YouTube API Integration

As SonicGridMedia utilizes the YouTube Data API to embed content, we also encourage rights holders to utilize YouTube's own Content ID and copyright tools, as removing content from YouTube will automatically result in the removal of the content from our programmatic grid.

3. Counter Notification

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, you may send us a counter-notification including your physical or electronic signature and identification of the material that was removed.
